Customer Service

For any requests regarding refunds  or complaints regarding a specific vendor account please provide the email for the product vendor in addition to the item name and pick up time in the message box below. 


You can find this information in the "Hub" section of the Rendr app. Just tap the folder icon in the top right hand corner of the "Hub". All completed transactions are filed here for both user and vendor reference. Please take into consideration that a police report must be provided in order to report any form of theft. The consideration of theft does not apply in the event a user does not return a product to its vendor.
