Take Care of Your Product

Make sure that any product you intend to rent out  is clean, sanitary and has maintained full functionality. Two consecutive and verified reports on a product that lacks these qualities will result in an account ban. 

Commit to the Order

Only accept orders that you look to follow through with. Your renter is relying on you to be trustworthy with what you have to offer. 

Follow through with the Details and Paperwork

Make a habit out of ensuring each rental application is finished. Make sure to verify the details of each application by reviewing it after the transaction and or return is complete. 

Communicate and be Friendly

Please refrain from an inflammatory remarks when engaging with renters, any reports of abusive content will result in an immediate ban. When communicating with renters please be as clear as possible about any caveats of your product that would be important for the renter to know.

When viewing rental application ensure that all details align with one another. Reject any application that's number of day count does not equal the length of the rental term.

Vendors trust that you will take care of their product during the term of the rental. Please do your best to return the product you rent in the same fashion that you left it. Treat it as if it was yours, we mean that in the best way possible.

Pay Attention to Detail

When submitting rental applications, ensure that all details are accurate and that you are able to pick up and return the items as expressed.

Follow through with the Details and Paperwork

Make sure to take care  of all the necessary steps of the rental process from application to return. Make sure to review and verify the details of the application before and after you return the product.

Be Friendly and Honest

Be honest about what you know, and how you intend to use the product if the circumstance applies. Make sure you are who you say you are. Refrain from any inflammatory content when engaging with vendors. Any reports of abusive remarks will results in an immediate ban.

Products offered and sold for their input replacement value by the vendor, renters can counter the price with any offer they see fit. Renters should offer respectful in relation the perceived product value. Vendors should input a realistic replacement value for their product and its market value.

Be Honest

Be honest, clear and receptive in regard to the product you are selling. Ensure there is no confusion when it comes to what the purchaser is paying for.
